Webinar Objectives

Interactive & Educational

"Breath Support" in context of singing can be a difficult concept to grasp when taught without proper knowledge of both its objective and subjective components. As one's body and tissues adapt and change alongside life, their support system adapts and changes too. A singer's sense of support requires continual work and refining, and needs to be reconciled against many aspects of health.

This experiential webinar aims to help the participant create more autonomy in their approach to support, as well as provide strategies for continual growth and embodiment around breath.
